This Site is subject to regular update and revision. While we attempt to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all material posted on the Site, we take no responsibility for errors or omissions which are the result of circumstances outside our control, technical causes, or otherwise, nor will we be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. None of the material, nor its content, nor any copy of it, may be altered in any way, transmitted to, or distributed to any other party without our express prior written permission in each case.

Tours and Tastings Events Terms & Conditions

For tours, attendees should arrive at the location given at least 15 minutes prior to the time of tour commencement. Should you miss your tour departure time, this will be at your own loss.

Your booking reference must be produced as proof of booking on the day of the tour.

Payments for tours and tastings are non-refundable and may not be changed or replaced with another date.

Tour tickets are non transferable.

All groups must pay in full 7 days before the tour/tasting event takes place.

Payments made are not valid in conjunction with any other voucher, promotion, special offer or package.

No tour or tasting place may be resold. If we reasonably believe that a place has been resold, the holder may be refused permission to join the tour or tasting without payment of compensation.

Prices may be subject to change, however all pre booked tours and tastings will be honored at the rate applied at the time of purchase.

Children joining a tour group is not advised but if at our discretion we do permit them to join the tour, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 years or over at all times. Full tour rates apply.

Persons under the age of 18 years old are not permitted at any time to join our tasting events.

Pets and animals are prohibited on the tours with the exception of guide dogs and hearing dogs.

Midlands Whiskey Experiences will endeavor to ensure that tour experiences are available at the advertised days of Saturdays and Sundays (subject to availability) and evenings for tasting events. However, Midlands Whiskey Experiences reserves the right, in its discretion, for safety or otherwise to cancel any part of the experience with or without prior notice. In the event of such, will issue you with with a full refund but shall have no liability whatever, including no liability for travel or out of pocket expenses in respect of closure or cancellation.


Any imagery, or content on this site remain the property of Midlands Whisky Experiences and any reproduction should happen only with the consent of the Midlands Whiskey Experiences.


We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our Terms & Conditions) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003 (ROI) and Data Protection Act, 1998 (NI), hereafter referred to as the “Acts”, the data controller is Midlands Whiskey Experiences.

Midlands Whiskey Experiences will not disclose customers' details to third parties. Data collected will be used solely by Midlands Whiskey Experiences to enable us to contact you from time to time with offers and information updates. Please contact us on info@midlandswhiskeyexperiences.ie if you do not wish to be contacted with such information. For your protection, all cookies will be deleted when you leave our site.

Age Restrictions

We can only offer whiskey tastings and tours both which contain alcohol as part of the offering to those aged 18 and over. By contacting us or booking a tour or tasting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Proof of age and ID will be required,


We accept payment via bank transfer only. Our Bank details will be provided when the booking is made. A 40% deposit amount will be required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable 5 days prior to the tour or tasting.

Site Security

We do not offer online payments on our site.
